Good morning! All of my seniors receive their cords whether they are regular or associate members. Sometimes my members do not attend all the meetings, yet they are involved in other ways. If she can't make the meetings and that is the expectation of your chapter, I would ask that she contributes another way - making posters for an event, tutoring hours, etc.

Hi, Lindsay! I have started a few chapters, and I have conducted the whole ceremony on its inaugural year. From there on, the students handle everything. Each time it gave me an opportunity to expand on the members' responsibilities, and after that, the students always looked forward to leading the ceremony. I hope you enjoy your first induction!
