Capítulo "Las Panteras de Lecanto" inicia a 9 miembros nuevos

El pasado 20 de febrero se celebró la iniciación de 9 miembros nuevos al capítulo "Las Panteras de Lecanto" en Lecanto High School. Es su segunda ceremonia de iniciación, la cual contribuye a una membresía total de 25 en su Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica. Lecanto High School pertenece al distrito escolar del condado Citrus y ofrece una variedad de cursos de AP, IB y programas de inscripción doble en colaboración con College of Central Florida. SHH Students Host Bilingual Story time and Craft

Our chapter -Águilas, at Cocalico High School in Denver, PA recently hosted a free community bilingual story-time event at Ephrata library. The students read “Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear?” in both English and Spanish. The students also taught the children animal names and sounds. Then, the children made a fun polar bear craft with shaving cream. The students also taught the children animal names and sounds.
